Are there any rules for Cars and Coffee?

Yes, and those who don’t follow the rules will be asked to leave and will be barred from future events.

Event Rules:

  • No speeding

  • No burnouts

  • No fast exits

  • No revving

  • No standing near entrances or exits

How big is the event?

20,000+ Followers on social media platforms, and weekly attendance: 600-800 individuals (seasonal average).

I don’t have a “cool car”- can I still attend?

Yes, all are welcome! Our events are open to the public and free from discrimination.

Can I photograph or video the cars?

Yes, but we ask that you don’t stand near the entrances or exits during events.

Can I tag photographs or videos of cars?

Yes! Please use hashtags like these on social media: #indianapoliscarsandcoffee, #carsandcoffee.

Where can I find photographs or videos the events?

Please check out our social media accounts (facebook, instagram, twitter, youtube) and use the hashtags noted above.

Should I wear a mask due to the COVID-19 pandemic?

Please follow the state and local guidelines published at the time of the event.

Can I list another local or regional car event on your site?

Yes! We are committed to improving our communities through fellowship and charitable giving. We are happy to highlight third party events as a service to our car community.

“The Fine print”

What to expect:

• A large gathering of 300-600 car enthusiasts who love any opportunity to look at vehicles of ALL makes and models

What is helpful for you to know:

• We welcome all enthusiasts and marques

• As a public event hosted on public or private property, neither Indianapolis Cars and Coffee , Inc. or the host property are liable for any injury or damage you or your vehicle may encounter while attending an event

• Due to limited space and the desire to maximize the uniqueness of each event, we ask that spectators, park away from the main areas

What we ask of everyone:

• Your cooperation and consideration of others

• Use the trash receptacles and keep the area neat

• Please use caution and maintain a speed of 10 mph or less on the property

• No excessive speeding or noise within a mile – future events depends on this.

• No burnouts.

• No fast exits.

• No filming or standing at entrances or exits.

• If your car leaks any fluids, please bring cardboard to put down, and dispose of it after your departure.
